Flexible LED Lighting Solutions from

PHOENIX CONTACT In the ever expanding world of LED lighting technology, flexible LED lighting strips are becoming increasingly popular in retail, commercial and residential lighting schemes.

FLEXIBLE

The new PTF device connector solution from Phoenix Contact has been developed with industry experts to offers a new, compact, reliable, and simple method of connecting flexible LED light strips together.

Launched at this year’s Hanover Fair, the PTF series comprises three connection solutions. For supplying power there are two wire-to-board versions: a 2 wire for single colour light strips (PTF 0,3/2-WB-1,8-H), and a 4 wire for RGB light strips (PTF 0,3/4-WB-1,8-H). For joining LED light strips together, there is the board-to-board connector (PTF 0,3/4-BB-1,8-H). The wire-to-board connectors are supplied complete with preassembled colour coded cables to aid wiring to the power supply.

FAST ASSEMBLY

The key advantage of the PTF series is in the performance of the connectors. The PTF offers an extremely small and robust profile with locking pins for safe securing to the flexible strip. Rated up to 25V, 10A, and capable of handling long lengths of LED lighting strips.

Assembly is quick and simple. Cut the LED strip to length, insert the contacts into the connector and push closed. Done! The overall length of the LED light strip remains the same, even after connecting several lengths together.
