I bought Willinger at Stirling 2012, my criteria was +calving ease, +10 for milk, +90 for growth and +4 for eye muscle, after that the bull had to display good breed character, show position not important but had to have good locomotion.

Willinger ticked all the boxes, what put him out in front was his sheer style and power together with his amazing temperament, this bull was 1020kg on sale day and only 22 months, I had to pay £11,000gns for him but to be honest I would have paid more if need be.
His first calves are on the ground and are true to his blup figures and are growing well, he is also an outcross for most Angus cows in the breed today.

He was male and overall breed champ at Newark 2012, 2nd in his class at Harrogate being 3 years younger than the rest in the class. He also was placed Best Bull in the North of England herd compertition.
