I joined Schneider Electric™
in 2004
as a new graduate. I’ve worked on two major projects during my time in France, managing teams working in four geographical locations. We were able to work effi ciently and with excellent results despite differences in country, culture, time zone. I participated in the Marco Polo International Talent Acquisition & Development Program in France a year later, as well as the Felix Program, in Poland and Paris. These programs connected me to people from all over the world with similar ambitions. I’ve been able to leverage that network throughout my eight years at Schneider Electric.
I started my career at the factory level, as a blue collar worker. At the time, I was studying Human Resources, part time. Schneider Electric acquired our company and suddenly I had the chance to move up. The company supported me through training, further education, and mentoring to help me develop my HR skill. By 2007 I was regional HR Director for South Africa! I then moved to Hong Kong, and now I’m in Australia. For me the biggest satisfaction comes from the opportunity to positively impact people’s lives and careers. Through coaching people, developing people, opening doors for career moves and advancements, I give them opportunities, just as I was given.

I joined Schneider Electric as a Solar Energy PhD graduate. I now work on solar solutions for our customers and helped develop and implement the fi rst solar installation project for Schneider Electric here in Vietnam. On my team, people are straightforward and we all have one goal: to satisfy the customer. To do that, we leverage a vast network of internal experts, white papers, and reports. Coming to Schneider Electric was like continuing my University degree; I feel like I’m able to further enhance my education through training. At the same time I experience the satisfaction of working with customers to provide solutions that meet their energy effi ciency requirements.
