EUCHARIS AMAZONICA Top Size “Amazon Lily” #SEU01 (Syn. E. grandiflora) The name Eucharis comes from a Greek word for pleasant, referring to the sweet fragrance of the large, pure white, waxy flowers that resemble the triandrus daffodil. The flowers appear in small clusters
above the foliage, and the plant can be coaxed into bloom two or three times a year by let- ting the soil get fairly dry for about a month after blooming causing the plant to form a new flower bud. Foliage is bright shiny green making it an attractive houseplant even when not in bloom. It likes heavy feeding, plenty of water, and bright light without direct sun. Will bloom best when rootbound.
