Ecopac Power launches the Mean Well LPF-16D and 25D series, a range of 16-watt and 25-watt high efficiency, high IP rating 3 in 1 dimmable LED Power Supplies. With 90 - 305VAC wide range AC input these Mean Well LPF-16D and LPF-25D series are manufactured with IP67 ratings and plastic casing that allows 94V-0 fire prevention level. These LED dimming power supplies are fully potted, allowing internal components to withstand up to 5G vibration, and provides full protection against dust and moisture. The Mean Well LPF-16D and LPF-25D series have been designed with a built in three-in-one dimming function, utilising either a 1 - 10VDC, a PWM signal, or adjusting resistance allowing far greater flexibility for designers and applications.

The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) announced the winners of its 2012 Innovation Awards, where LUX-TSI won the Measurement in Action Award, sponsored by the National Physical Laboratory (NPL), for its eyeLIGHT™ software platform. Dr Gareth Jones, CEO of LUX-TSI, stated, “We are delighted with this award which adds credibility to LUX-TSI as a supplier of innovative software solutions for advanced lighting and photonic measurements”.


The eyeLIGHT™ software platform is being sold directly by the company at present and LUX-TSI is also interested in establishing distribution channels for its software pipeline, which will be extended in 2013 to lighting analysis software and hardware solutions for low cost laboratory assessment of lighting products.
