AITO tackles serious industry issues at its domestic conference AITO SPECIALIST AGENTS has


revealed the programme for its domestic conference, which will include talks on sustainability and ATOL bonding. The conference, which is to be held at the Chesford Grange Hotel in Warwickshire on January 12-13 next year, will welcome David Moesli of the Civil Aviation Authority, who will talk about the CAA's planned consumer campaign on ATOL reform. investment which aims to transform and simplify the reservations process, even allowing agents to book low cost airlines for their clients. To ensure that agents are fully up to


speed, Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises and Azamara Club Cruises have launched a new module covering ChoiceAir on its e-learning programme, Cruising for Excellence including interactive demonstrations and a downloadable user-guide. Royal Caribbean has also launched a


new module on its recently refurbished ship Serenade of the Seas. It will introduce agents to the ship's 'Oasis-class' features and help them to sell its seven-night ex-Dubai sailings which are on offer to cruisers from January to April 2013. www.cruisingpower.co.uk
