What’s New


A major new event, which is aimed at international visitors, takes place in Margaret River this November (22-25). The Margaret River Gourmet Escape will showcase the region’s many excellent local produce, such as its wines and cheeses, and has lined up big-name celebrities such as Heston Blumenthal, AA Gill and Rene Redzepi, whose restaurant Noma has been the world’s No.1 for three consecutive years. Visitors will be able to satisfy the gastronome in them in several picturesque settings that include vineyards, caves and beaches.
