To and From:

The Donald E. Stephens Convention Center is centrally located in Rosemont, right next to the Chicago O’Hare International Airport and has easy access to entrance and exit ramps for all major expressways going north/south and east/ west. The Convention Center is located at 5555 N. River Road in Rosemont, just south of the Kennedy Expressway, two miles east of Chi- cago’s O’Hare Airport and a few blocks from the Tri-State Tollway (I-294). Parking is located across from the center

directly behind the Embassy Suites Hotel O’Hare. Proceed West on Williams street under the parking structure and turn into entrance. Do not enter park- ing garage via the Embassy Suites Hotel O’Hare driveway or entrance; these parking spaces are reserved for hotel guests. The paid parking lot connects to the conven-

tion center and utilizes covered walkways and skyways offering protection from bad weather conditions for the conventioneers entering and exit- ing METALCON. It’s an 8,000-car parking garage, so be sure to remember where you parked. The Convention Center has handicapped accessible parking in the main parking facility. Not feeling like driving? The convention

center is also easily accessible and just a few minutes away from the Chicago Transit Author- ity Blue Line Rosemont stop providing service to downtown Chicago. Exit the Blue Line train at the River Road stop and walk two blocks south to the convention center.
