He began his sales career in the furniture business at the age of 19 and later received formal sales training with an AT&T authorized dealer in residential se- curity sales, where he became a top producer. This was followed by success- ful sales and management positions with a large cabinet re-facing company, where he effectively applied their structured in-home sales methodology, for the largest sunroom dealer in the United States.
Joe Talmon started his in-home sales career at the age of 17. He joined Dave Yoho Associates after 20-plus years in management at a substantial window retail operation which averaged annual sales of $10 million to $12 million in the high-end window and siding category. He has developed sales and marketing programs for both large and mid-sized home improvement companies and brings a rarely-seen passion for success in the home improvement business.

Chuck Howard, P.E., is a licensed professional engineer and has been designing, building and consulting about the use of metal in new and retrofi t markets since the 1970s. In his presentations, Chuck speaks from his educa- tion as an engineer, his experience as a contractor and his background as an author and speaker about the subject of retrofi t. He has been associated with nearly 30 million square feet of metal roofs and has been making metal roof presentations for more than 25 years, including the fi rst METALCON in 1991 and most of its subsequent conferences.
With more than 40 years of personal construction experience, Danny Feazell is recognized domestically and internationally for his ingenuity in design and build- ing. He served as the fi rst President of the Mid-Atlantic Steel Framing Alliance and for six consecutive years afterward. Feazell strives to promote education and further the growth of the steel framing industry. He is a seasoned speaker who has addressed audiences for years at the International Builders Show, and has been the master instructor for Stud University, an interactive—steel framing hands-on program exclusively at METALCON International since 2004. He also conducts steel framing technical seminars for code offi cials, builders and subcon- tractors providing cold-formed steel training and consulting around the globe.

Nader Elhajj is director of Middle East and Africa for FrameCad Solutions. Prior to his current position he was a project manager at the National Associa- tion of Home Builders Research Center, overseeing the research and develop- ment of alternative building materials and emerging technologies. Elhajj has more than 30 years of experience in the design, analysis and construction of building materials and systems, and is a member of CFSEI, ASTM, Commit- tee on Framing Standards and the Mid-Atlantic Steel Framing Alliance.

Maribeth Rizzuto, a LEED Accredited Professional with Building Design and Construction Specialty, is responsible for the infrastructure development to enable the widespread, practical application of cold-formed steel framing in residential and commercial construction. This involves developing educational programming for design professionals and the construction trades, expansion of construction insurance programs and promoting the benefi ts of cold- formed steel in the development of new codes and standards.
Since 1998, Rizzuto has conducted information and education training seminars, providing the latest information on advancements in construction applications, tools, fasteners, codes and sustainability. The seminars have been conducted for the AIA, ASCE, CSI, ICC, National Association of Home
