Recent studies show weightlifting two times a week can reduce overall body fat by three percentage points in just 10 weeks, while increasing bone density! A certified personal trainer provides resistance training, proper form, personal program design, and muscle training theory. No class November 22.

Build power, strength, flexibility, balance and mobility with the method of leveraging body weight. Every exercise is powered by the abdominals. Form technique will be monitored and modifications given to enable each participant to be safely challenged. This class is for all skill levels and is used to rehabilitate weak muscles and challenge strong muscles through leveraging, gravity and speed. As control is achieved, cardio challenges will be structured to the class activity. No class October 31, November 12, 21, 22 & 23.
TRX - Gentle
Are you getting back into fitness and want to work at a comfortable pace? This class will address knee, shoulder, back and neck issues to get you moving comfortably and strengthen your total body.

Holiday Basketball Speed and Agility Camp CALLING ALL ATHLETES!
Give your child the edge with speed and agility training along with basic fitness and strength that goes beyond the court, field or their chosen play. This training will focus on drills and exercises that promote the increasing skills in speed, quickness, agility and balance.
Taught by a 22-year veteran in the fitness field, Pete Wilt is certified by the American Council on Exercise and is dedicated to providing you with the knowledge and motivation to achieve and maintain your sports performance objectives. Pete has trained athletes from youth through college.
