Vaulters I: For boys ages 5 - 9 years with little or no gymnastics experience. Learn forward rolls, backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, roundoffs and basic maneuvers on equipment.

Vaulters II: For boys ages 6 - 13 years with previous gymnastics experience and who can execute competent cartwheels, roundoffs and handstands. Work on front and back handsprings and continue developing skills on equipment.

NEW! Leapers – New Level!
Designed for girls with gymnastics experience who can execute handstands, cartwheels, roundoffs and backbends, gymnasts focus on round-off – rebounds, back walkovers, front limbers and handstand-forward rolls. Training on gymnastics apparatus is also included. No class November 21.

Twisters Team (Invitation only)
This session focuses on competitive routines for winter competitions. All gymnasts who wish to compete are required to participate in this session. Additional fees are required for meets, leotards and other team expenses. Parents are asked to volunteer for one home meet. Gymnasts must practice on Tuesday and Thursday to register for Saturday practice. New team members enrolled in this session will not be eligible for competition. No practice November 20, 22 & 24, December 1 & 25 and January 1.
