Cartwheelers (3½ to 4 years)
Young gymnasts are introduced to balance beams, uneven bars and vaulting. The tumbling component includes skill-building activities to develop rolls, cartwheels and handstands. No class November 21, 22, 23.

Gliders (Girls 6 to 13 years)
Designed for girls with previous gymnastics experience who can execute cartwheels and handstands, gymnasts focus on one-handed cartwheels, round-offs and bridges and begin working on limbers and walkovers. Training on gymnastics apparatus is also included. No class November 21, 22 & 23.
