Fall Lacrosse Camps
Learn lacrosse, the fastest game on two feet, from the best in the sport; True Lacrosse! Your child will learn proper cradling, passing, shooting and groundball techniques to help take their play to the next level. Clearing, riding, fast breaks, extra-man offense, man-down defense and much more will also be highlighted in scrimmages and games. All campers will receive a True Lacrosse pinnies. All equipment will be provided by True Lacrosse.

Stay active this fall and improve with coordination as we challenge you with some dance moves. We will learn two routines, work on freestyle moves and dance to some of the classic line dances like Cupid Shuffle and Cha Cha Slide. On the last day participants will perform for friends and family to show off new moves.
