technique with a nano-tech sized probe (that’s really small), has discovered cells and recorded them as a 3D image. The work also reveals
that Ötsi didn’t die slowly from the wounds, as had been believed, but his death would probably have been quick and brutal. They can tell this by the presence of a blood clotting agent called fibrin – traces of this would have disappeared if he had lived for even a few hours after the attack. Maybe Ötsi can finally rest in peace now.
