and staging areas, and hot and warm zones. CoBRA plume tools allow for quick placement of radiological, nuclear and chemical plumes on the map. All this allows responders to make better decisions through the visualisation of data over geography. Additionally, responders equipped with GPS-enabled phones or devices can be tracked on the map in order to determine their location in relation to the plume or blast, as well as providing information on who should evacuate
and who should shelter in place. Other developments include integration
with third-party software programs to provide CBRN and motion sensor data fusion, where a network of fixed site and mobile sensors can be monitored within CoBRA and viewed on a map. The user can set custom thresholds for when the sensor triggers, thus reducing the false alarm response rate. CoBRA has also integrated with Emergency Operation Center (EOC) systems, with Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) and with
several Mass Notification systems. Additionally, the first CoBRA spin-off product, Tactical Aid and Collaboration Toolset (TACT), is designed for hostage and barricade crisis negotiations.
