Rayburn launches A-rated condensing central heating cooker with
conventional flue Rayburn has launched a conventional flue
condensing version of its 600 series of central heating range cookers which can be sited virtually anywhere within a home and no longer need to be installed next to an external wall.
The single flue versions are perfect for properties that have a brick or stone built chimney, providing that the inside is lined with a special class of flue lining and connecting pipe specific for condensing appliances. Where there is no pre-existing masonry chimney the flue can be installed with a prefabricated stainless steel chimney. The Rayburn 680KCD C/F has two independent burners: one for heating and hot water, the other for cooking, with a boiler output of 80,000 Btu/h (23.4kW). An Eco mode for the boiler ensures it runs at its optimum efficiency of over 92%. Backed by the HHIC Benchmark scheme, all Rayburn 600 central heating cookers have been manufactured with the installer and service engineer in mind. The appliance has been designed to fit the standard one metre gap for range cookers and does not require a plinth.

Designers and installers can specify the pumps including pressure sets in a wide range of situations including large domestic properties or light commercial buildings. They can be installed into an open-vented hot or cold water system where the outlets are situated either above or below the level of the cold water cistern; the pressure sets are suitable for boosting stored cold water supplies to combination boilers or unvented hot water cylinders where there is low or no mains water supply. Furthermore, Monsoon Extra is simple to install and quiet in operation. Supplied with flexible hoses, inlet strainer and fully automatic universal control, it provides an out of the box solution. A brass and stainless steel construction adds to the durability and quality of the pump that is CE compliant, soon to be WRAS approved and carries a two-year guarantee.

Decorative Panels Components boasts a brand new state of the art production facility in Elland, West Yorkshire. Sawing systems, fully automated edgebanding lines and the most advanced through feed drilling cells are all now installed and fully operational. Computer controlled materials handling systems, high bay board and pallet racking as well as automatic packing lines are all in place. Huge volumes of kitchen and bedroom carcase and fascia panels are being produced with capacity of over 500,000 panels per week the facility is one of the most efficient in Europe.
