New Stoves Mini Ranges Fly the Flag L

eading appliance brand, Stoves has given its hugely popular British- made Sterling mini range collection a regal twist, just in time for the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee and the London 2012 Olympic games. Stoves has added a red, white & blue Union Jack finish and monochrome Union Jack finish to its collection of Sterling Mini Ranges, a range of 60cm freestanding double ovens combining range cooker styling with smaller dimensions.

The new models offer a number of thoughtful features across the range including a fully programmable timer, a rear halogen light, a fascia cooling system, push button ignition and flame safety devices on all burners on the gas and dual fuel models. The induction hotplate on the 600Ei offers a power boost function on all zones, pan detection technology and overheat sensors for peace of mind. Steve Dickson, Commercial Manager for Range at Stoves, said: “It has been a fantastic year for our British-made products. We’ve scooped a Queen’s Award for Enterprise and our campaign for a Made in Britain marque has attracted nationwide support, so these new products give us an opportunity to quite literally fly the flag for British manufacturing.”

Flushsense™ Infra Red WC Sensors from Twyford Bathrooms

The concealed cistern ranges from Twyford Bathrooms have been enhanced with an innovative addition to the flush button options - Flushsense™ infra-red touch free technology.

Available in both dual (6/4L and 4/2.6L) and single (6L and 4L) flush options, the new Flushsense™ infra- red WC sensors are stylish, hygienic and easy to use.

For a full flush in the single and dual flush cisterns, simply wave a hand in

front of the sensor; or for a half flush (dual flush cistern only), hold the hand stationary over the sensor for a few extra seconds. Meanwhile, the internal LED lights signal the operation of the system and ensure the sensor remains inactive until the cistern is re-filled. Flushsense™ units are fitted with battery operation but can be mains operated with a separate AC adaptor.
