Kitchen sector finds the perfect Synergii with Lathams

remium panel products distributor, James Latham has strengthened its worktop portfolio with the addition of Synergii laminate work surfaces.
The arrival of the Synergii range, which is manufactured by Wilsonart, one of Europe’s largest worksurface manufacturers, means that for the first time, Lathams can now offer kitchen specialists a premium High Pressure Laminate (HPL) worktop. The Synergii range will offer a compact collection of 24 select decors to harness an impressive combination of new and classic designs as well as exciting new surface textures. Three of the designs also have the added benefit of Wilsonart exclusive Aeon Technology, giving them 3-5 times the wear resistance of a standard laminate, creating a surface that looks better, longer.
Paul Morson, Latham’s Product Champion commented, “This is our first serious venture into HPL worktops and the quality and design of Wilsonart’s Synergii range made it the natural choice for us. Manufactured to the exacting standards of FIRA Gold Award, Synergii worksurfaces conform to EN438 standards for heat, impact, scratch and stain resistance. In addition, the moisture resistant adhesives used for bonding, back edge and under edge seals as well as a resin impregnated backing paper ensure the highest moisture protection”.
The Synergii range is predominately a 4.1m surface length solution, in 38mm thickness, with matching breakfast bars, splashbacks and upstands as well as four non-matching splashback designs. The full Synergii range is available directly from

Geberit offer know-how on wall-hung sanitaryware
Geberit is offering free training to retailers to demonstrate how straightforward wall-hung systems are to fit. They can then use this knowledge to reassure customers that taking advantage of the benefits this contemporary bathroom fitting will not land them a hefty bill for installation or mean that the system is difficult to fix should it go wrong.
Geberit’s Duofix frame system is the backbone to any modern bathroom design. Hidden behind the wall and tiles it supports wall-hung
sanitaryware and includes an integral cistern. Frames are available for wall- hung WCs which can support up to 400kg (63stone), washbasins, bidets and urinals. They come complete with all the necessary parts to connect to the wall and floor and to make the plumbing and drainage connections simple to install.
