The Challenges Probably the biggest challenge for those booking AMResorts properties is that they are spoilt for choice. Agents need to be familiar with the differences in style and the offering across the brands so that they can mix and match the key assets of each brand with the particular needs or demands of the client.
The Opportunities AMResorts offers four distinct brands in the UK market: Zoëtry, Secrets, Dreams and Now. Each of the four brands has its own individual target market and appeal, as detailed below. Pick the brand that best suits the client
and then choose between the three destinations based on the traveller’s wider interests and holiday ambitions. All resorts across the brands are sold
on an all-inclusive basis but the level of inclusions varies between brands. All offer a dine-around option which allows those staying at one resort to dine at a selection of others for no extra charge.

NOW RESORTS & SPAS Now Resorts & Spas is the group’s newest brand and comprises three properties in Mexico and one in the Dominican Republic. These target singles, mixed groups and couples looking for activities and entertainment in a fun and lively environment. These are sold on an Unlimited-Luxury®
package where everything is included.
SECRETS RESORTS & SPAS These are adult-only properties but are not just aimed at couples – they will appeal to groups of friends and adult families too. They offer a wide range of facilities and added extra ‘experiential’ activities such as star-gazing parties, salsa or samba classes, and theatre shows on the beach. They all have spas and no-reservation-required dining at a range of restaurants and bars that all serve unlimited premium drinks. There are seven of these resorts in Mexico, two in Jamaica and one in the Dominican Republic. These are offered
on an Unlimited-Luxury® package which includes luxurious bathroom
amenities, daily refreshed mini-bar and 24-hour room service.
DREAMS RESORTS & SPAS Family-friendly with kids’ clubs and teen zones, these properties target couples and families. There are eight in Mexico and three in
the Dominican Republic. These are also offered on the Unlimited-Luxury® package with everything included. They feature a wide range of daytime activities, plus evening entertainment and an array of gourmet dining options and bars serving premium brands.
ZOËTRY WELLNESS & SPA RESORTS At the top end of the market, these include Zoëtry Paraiso de la Bonita Riviera Maya and Zoëtry Casa Del Mar Los Cabos in Mexico and Zoëtry Agua Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. These properties are not officially adult-
only but are luxury and boutique in style and do not offer any
added facilities for children and teenagers. They are properties with character and
feature gourmet dining opportunities and high-level service. They are designed to offer romantic and holistic experiences combining exceptional service in natural and enriching environments. Accommodation is in oversized ocean
front suites with private Jacuzzis and plunge pools. These are offered on an Endless Privileges®
package including
extras such as sparkling wine and fruit, refreshed daily, maid visits three times a day and complimentary 24-hour laundry. Clients can also choose in-suite dining.
