InstalPlast is a leading manufacturer of plastic pipes and fittings in Poland. It began life by making water pipes from white LDPE but has now diversified to offer a broad range of materials and products. It makes pipes and fittings from PP, PVC and PE, for applications including sewage, drainage and pressure pipe.
Product lines:
Its PVC-U external sewage systems are supplied in diameters from 110 to 500mm. It also offers PVC water pressure systems, as well as PE80 and PE100 pipe for water and sewage pressure systems. Its sewage chambers are available as inspection, drainage and settler variants.
Plant locations:
In 1995, the company moved into its new plant in Lask. It uses machines from, among others, Battenfeld-Cincinnati, Sica and IPM. Since 2001, the plant has operated to ISO 9001 standards.
Product highlights:
Its InCor range of PP external sewage pipes have internal diameters of 200-800mm. Pipes are available in 3m or 6m lengths, with two options: a double socket mounted at one end; or, an online socket with rubber gasket fitted at the opposite end. InstalPlast says the PP offers increased strength at reduced weight.
