Moduleo is launching its stylish range in the UK in this month, turning the tide in luxury vinyl flooring.

Expected to offer the luxury vinyle tiles (LVT) market an exciting alternative, Moduleo comes in both a traditional LVT construction and a simple-to-install click system which holds a strong cross-consumer appeal that makes it ideal for any modern space, be it home, office or commercial. Part of the giant IVC Group, and already a household name in much of mainland Europe, the company expects to become a major player here in the UK too.

Heading up the UK and Eire operation is David Bigland, who’s previous experience in the LVT market made him a natural choice, he has strong support from his experienced UK sales team and is promising customers a great product portfolio, technically excellent products and a focus on customer service.

The Moduleo product was created at the company’s state-of-the-art factory in Belgium, where the tile construction benefits from four layers of patented technology to provide the ultimate, hard-wearing floor.

Manufactured on a purpose built production line the multi layer construction offers exceptional performance throughout the construction of the product starting from the strong

backing layer, offering exceptional dimensional stability, a printed design layer is laminated with a transparent ‘wear layer’, then the Protectonite PU layer is added to offer extra protection against scuffing and scratches.

Complimenting the range of traditional LVT flooring tiles, Moduleo is also available in an easy to install, patented, ‘click’ technology system. Click snaps securely into place without the need for adhesives or underlay, allowing the easy creation of stunning floors in rooms that are quiet and water resistant. The Click products are available in two performance categories, residential and commercial, and come in a wide range of design, colours and textures.

And the company’s commitment to green technology – they work hard to reduce the environmental impact of their products at every stage of their life – is sure to make them a sound choice for UK customers looking to find a sustainability solution too. David Bigland explained: “Our ‘green’ factory already meets strict EU air and water pollution standards and will soon be powered by wind energy, and having a European factory, rather than Asia based along with

innovative packaging keeps the impact of shipping low; ensuring our Moduleo design floors make an impact on design spaces, not the planet.”

David continued: “We believe the UK is ready for a new approach to LVT where service, design, style and versatility is paramount. With the product being designed and manufactured in our own factory in Europe our customers can also benefit from competitive pricing, faster delivery and increased flexibility.”

And if their European reputation is anything to go by, it looks like Moduleo could soon be reaping the benefits of this confident approach, becoming a major name in the British flooring market too.
