TRX Athletic Focus Training

Give your child the competitive edge! Speed and agility training will focus on drills and exercises that will increase your child’s speed, quickness, agility and balance. Taught by a 22 year veteran in the Fitness Field, Pete Wilt is certified by the American Council on Exercise and is dedicated to providing your child with the knowledge and motivation to achieve and maintain their sports performance objectives. Mind and body get connected with simple poses that allow both the mind and body to strengthen and breathe. The spine will move into held extension, flexion, and twists in all planes of motion to bring good posture balance along with moving limbs into their fullest range of motion free of tension. The quickest way to get into shape is using body weight! Leverage body weight to build power, strength, flexibility, balance and mobility. All TRX movements are powered by the abdominals. Posture technique is monitored and modifications given to enable each participant to be safely challenged. This class is for all levels. Rehabilitate weak muscles, challenge strong muscles through leveraging, gravity, and speed. As control is achieved, cardio challenges will be structured in the class activity.
