YOUTH Sports and Leagues
Learn the martial art of Japanese karate taught by instructors from the Illinois Shotokan Karate Club under the direction of four-time National Champion and U.S. Karate National Coach John DiPasquale. Participants gain discipline, confidence, flexibility and stamina as well as learn self-defense. Punches, blocks and kicks are covered in this class. Uniforms and belt testing are available through the ISKC Instructor. Class will be held at the Lincoln Center on July 14. Location: Recreation Center Class #
