Rochester Art Center is home to Flux, a late night music, art, and performance happening featuring house DJ Black Lacquer (aka Scott Stulen) and guest artists. At each event, a new performance opens the evening followed by dance music spun by house and guest DJs. Throughout the night, guests are also invited to participate in artmaking activities. Enjoy the views of downtown while meeting with friends and experiencing exciting new music and performances.
In April we celebrate National Poetry Month, and want you on the microphone to share your poetic talents. Contestants will be scored by both the audience and a panel of hilarious judges for a chance to win one of many great prizes. Registration will be taken on a first come-first serve basis. Arrive early to ensure your spot! More information on participation is available at
