How to Pay
Card We accept all major credit and debit cards. You will be asked for your 3-digit security number, which is located on the back of your card (4-digit on the front if Amex).
Cheque
Please make cheques or postal orders payable to Celtic Sheepskin Co. Ltd. On the back please write your home address, cheque guarantee number, expiry date and issue number (Maestro only).
Delivery
Standard Delivery For deliveries within the UK mainland, in-stock items are usually despatched within 2 working days. Please allow up to 10 working days for the goods to arrive. Deliveries are made within working hours and may require a signature.

Express Delivery
To guarantee next working day delivery, please specify this service when ordering and add £4.50 to the standard delivery charge shown above. Express delivery is only available for mainland UK deliveries and will require a signature. For in-stock orders placed before 1pm, delivery will be on the following working day. Orders placed after 1pm and on the weekends or bank holidays will be despatched from our premises the following working day and delivered within 2 working days. Please note that our ability to keep to these times is limited by the area in which you live – if in doubt please phone 01637 871605 for details.
Overseas Delivery
For deliveries within Eire and Western Europe simply add £3.50 to the standard delivery charge shown. For delivery to the rest of the world, please call customer services on 01637 871605 for a quote. Please note that additional local import duties may be payable on receipt.

Returns
Our products are manufactured with great care and attention and we hope they bring you nothing but pleasure. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us unworn, in the original packaging and with security labels attached, and we will be happy to exchange or refund it at the price you paid for it. Please note that any refund or exchange must be completed within 60 days of purchase unless otherwise stated at the time of ordering.
If you are returning goods which you bought using a discount or offer, we will adjust the refund accordingly if you fall below the discount/offer threshold, as that discount or offer will no longer apply.
Please fill out the returns form included in your original parcel to tell us whether you would like an exchange or a refund. We recommend sending returns by recorded delivery and keeping proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for packages that fail to reach us. Please note that we are not responsible for return postage costs other than for incorrect or faulty items. Should this be the case, please contact us before returning.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel your order in writing within seven days of receipt and receive a refund of all charges. You will then need to return the item(s) by post. Parcels returned by post are returned at your own cost.
