Pre Arrival:

Upon receipt of your query, you would receive the details from your case coordinator within 2 working days.
2. Visa Assistance: Upon your decision to travel to Manipal Hospital, Manipal international Patient care would assist you with documents required from the hospital end to apply for the medical visa.
3. Appointment Assistance: The case coordinator will assist you to schedule appointment with your treating doctor in Manipal Hospital, prior to your arrival.
4. Accommodation Assistance: to ensure that the patients and their relatives have a pleasant experience, Manipal international Patient care has a series of hotels / serviced apartments / guest houses / 5 star hotels on their preferred network. They are empanelled based on quality, hygiene, safety, budget and proximity to the hospital. Your case co coordinator would send you the list of options available for you to choose from.
5. Airport pickup and Drop Facility: Upon your confirmation on the date of arrival, Manipal international Patient Care would arrange for the airport pickup facility (Either an ambulance / ICU Ambulance or a private vehicle) based on the patient’s medical condition. you would be greeted at the Airport by a representative of the Manipal international Patient care team and escorted to your hotel / hospital based on the itinerary.

9. Language Assistance: Manipal international patient care offers language assistance services for over 30 languages. Please check with Manipal International Patient care if you need any language assistance. your preferences and request in this regard needs to be notified prior to your arrival.
10. Ward Assistance: After admissions, your case coordinators will visit you every day in your ward. Should you require any assistance, they will be happy to help.
