Patient Service Specialists on staff are

Complementary interpretation in other languages can also be arranged when advanced notice is provided. It is also understood that sometimes the need for an interpreter is not always known in advance. Global Patient Services Specialists are ready to offer assistance during normal business hours or when a patient’s appointments/surgeries are scheduled. In addition, an ‘on-call’ Patient Services Specialist is available in the evenings and on weekends for emergencies.
