Dru Meadows is the Chair of the ASTM E60 Sustainability Committee, and a past member of the USGBC Board of Directors, the LEED Steering Committee, and the GBI/ANSI standards committee.
Darren Molnar-Port is a member of the IGCC General Committee and the NAHB/ICC-700 NGBS 2012 Update Consensus Committee. Mr. Molnar-Port will provide an important historical perspective on code development for the IgCC and ICC-700.
Becky Baker has been a code official since 1984 and was a Chairperson of the IgCC General Committee. Ms. Baker is an Honorary Member of the International Code Council (ICC) and a past president of the Colorado Chapter of the ICC, and currently serves on several state and national committees.
Sharon Goei has experience applying and enforcing the California Energy Code and CALGreen code as a Plan Check Engineer for the City of Walnut Creek, CA. Sharon is currently serving on the ICC-ES Evaluation Committee and will assist the other Environmental Committee members regarding the Criteria acceptance process.
Frances Yang is a member of the ASCE/SEI and SEAONC Sustainability Committees. She has 10 years of experience with structural engineering, and for three years has been involved in building sustainability, including life cycle assessment.
Brad Oberg works for IBACOS, an independent consulting firm that manages the Best Practices Research Alliance. The Alliance works together with builders and suppliers to develop the technical and business best practices that will allow high-quality, energy efficient homes to become part of mainstream America. Mr. Oberg has an architectural background, and research experience under the DOE Building America research program.
Cynthia Phakos is a residential architect and educator on green building. Ms. Phakos has focused on green building for the past twelve years and writes frequently for the Green Home Guide on topics related to green building materials.
