are not in a convention cen- ter but a resort hotel in Wai- kiki on the Beach with lim- ited space. We worked around the clock to meet the challenge and am happy to say we pulled it off without a hitch. You can only imagine how exciting it was for our staff to stand in the ballroom at the CEO Summit and watch President Obama speak. The culmination of over a year of planning came together beautifully and at that moment, hearing the words “Ladies and Gentle- men, the President of the United States”, our staff could not have been any

more proud.

A Special Thank You...

Of course a program of this magnitude takes an enormous effort from many people. I have great gratitude for all of the hard work and efforts from all of them, especially my staff that worked many long hours and never gave up. If you are ever in need of a wonderful resource in Hawaii, please look up Mary Charles in Honolulu, she is simply amazing. Our transla- tion team, Mainline AV, not only did a fantastic job with all of the many additions and changing requests, they went above and beyond by rolling up their sleeves to help us stuff conference bags when they heard that we were short of volunteers that day. The production crew from The Experience worked around the clock to make changes in the ballroom and meet

the last minute security needs.

We have been so fortunate to have the opportunities to work on so many interesting programs that it gives me great en- ergy and optimism on what lies ahead in the future of not only our company, but in the world as a whole.
