people frequently have no idea where to start their health journey. I’m not all that surprised. With modern technology, megabytes of information are mere seconds away—a large amount of it conflicting, and many people never start a health journey because they have too much input.

Unfortunately, the Standard American Diet often has canyon-sized gaps. Nutritional supplements have gone a long way towards narrowing the gap between nutrition and health. However, if you think people are confused over what foods to eat, it’s nothing compared to their confusion over what supplements to take.
