We guarantee your bulbs and rootstocks will arrive in excellent condi- tion and will be true to name. If you have any doubts about quality when your planting stock arrives, tell us promptly. We’ll replace the unsatisfactory material or refund the full price and shipping, whichever you prefer. We reserve the right to request return of the merchandise to receive adjustments.
If any plant material fails during the growing season and we are noti- fied within one year from date of shipment, we will replace it one time or issue a credit toward future orders provided the stock has been planted according to instructions and in growing zones recommended in our catalog. Sale items will only be issued a credit voucher for the purchase price. We do not guarantee against losses due to weather, animals or other factors beyond our control.
PLANTING INSTRUCTIONS – All bulb shipments include our complete plant- ing instructions and helpful tips.

SHIPPING – Books and supplies will be shipped within a few days of receiving your order. Spring planted bulbs and roots will be shipped from April through May, earlier if weather permits. We are not able to ship perishable stock when temperatures are freezing; however, we will make every effort to ship at the proper planting time for your area.
SPECIAL SHIP DATE REQUESTS – An extra $15 handling fee is required for special ship date requests. No special ship dates are accepted before February 1 or after May 1 and can only apply to in-stock items. Please add $15 to the last merchandise line of your order, along with your requested ship date.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS – Due to excessive shipping charges, we no longer ship to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the continental United States.
