Beverly/Salem, MA, Lodge members treated 38 veterans from the Massachusetts Soldiers Home–Chelsea to a tour of historic Salem on the Salem Trolley followed by dinner and bingo games at the lodge. Ride, a charity that raises awareness about veterans issues and assists the families of veterans. The lodge provided King, who is a US Marine Corps veteran and the founder of Remember the Wounded Ride, with a place to stay overnight and donated $150 to Remember the Wounded Ride.
Okmulgee, OK, Lodge members joined members of several other civic organizations and law enforcement departments in honoring lodge member Lonnie Cook with a parade followed by a public ceremony and a dinner at the lodge. Cook is one of the five living survivors of the bombing of the USS Arizona during the attack on Pearl Harbor.
Tulsa, OK, Lodge donated two televi- sions, several bags of clothing, and more than $3,200 to the Oklahoma Veterans Center–Talihina.
