12 Related party transactions

There have been no material changes to the principal subsidiaries listed in the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 29 January 2011. All related party transactions arise during the ordinary course of business and are on an arm’s length basis. There were no material transactions or balances between the group and its key management personnel during the half year ended 30 July 2011.
