Restaurant Council – Promotes restaurants to visitors and residents. Works to further enhance Capistrano’s image as a premier dining destination. Equestrian Council – Educates people about our community’s equestrian history and assists in marketing equestrian–related businesses and activities. Latino Business Council – Serves as the chamber’s outreach vehicle to the Latino Business community.
