Succeeding, one-on-one Every employee has different needs, so we offer onsite biometric screenings and an individual Health Risk Assessment. By identifying each person’s risks, unique goals, and challenges, we are able to develop specific offerings to help individuals and their families live healthier, feel better, and enjoy life more.
We also offer programs that include one-on-one health coaching. This support can be delivered in- person, through email, instant messaging, texting, or over the phone. The support can happen every week, every other week, or monthly, depending on what’s appropriate. Together, we determine the changes each employee needs to make.
Lifestyle choices are contagious. An employee making significant changes inspires others, which is why bringing wellness programs to your entire team has remarkable effects.
We work with you to infuse a culture of wellness into your company to support individual behavior change. Simple things like providing better food choices in the cafeteria, refining selections in vending machines, offering group-based activities, and placing culture-enhancing posters throughout the company have a large impact.
