This premier series of open pot/tubeless fryers make the cold zone completely accessible and easy-to-clean. Add the unique removable sediment tray and you can remove food particles without draining fryer. Multiple rows of copper flashed heat exchangers maintain direct heat transfer for better efficiency and faster recovery. 111,000 BTU/hr. cross fryer burners create a four sided heating system so the fryer performs like a 145,000 BTU/hr. fryer.


 

HD fryers are the MVPs of high-efficiency, high-volume frying. HD fryers are ideal for everything from fries to bone-in chicken to other breaded products and large-size menu items requiring more frying area. Rapid, yet controlled heat-ups, large heat distribution surface, and low idle rates save energy and extend oil life. The HD50 model is ENERGY STAR® rated and qualifies for energy-saving rebates.

This dependable series of open pot/tubeless design fryers has all the easy-to-clean features of the MX Series without the added heat exchangers. This series utilizes a millivolt pilot system.





For higher production and more cooking capacity these tube fryers maximize your output. The special elliptical shaped tubes provide 14" greater heat transfer area than an oval or round tube. The tube shape also provides easier access to cold zone below tubes for ease of cleaning.

The Restaurant Series Heavy-Duty Fryers feature front sloping vessel bottom for extra depth oil level and high-performance burners for instant recovery at extreme peak periods of production. Cool Zone feature consists of a front sloping vessel bottom that traps food particles and prevents carbonization in the fry zone, reducing flavor transfer and extending oil life.

2424 Flat-Bottom Fryers are designed for high-volume frying of liquid batter, tempura- style foods. The wide, shallow frying area is a must for free-floating frying needs and ensures efficient temperature recovery when cooking. The 2424’s innovative induced downdraft burner chamber, with power exhaust system, dramatically cuts idle time gas usage. The smooth, flat bottom accommodates hand utensils for easy product removal and the mild steel vessel bottom prevents sticking.
