Celebrating the first National BTEC Awards

Earlier this year, we asked teachers and tutors to nominate their outstanding BTEC students as well as asking students to nominate their truly inspiring BTEC teachers and tutors. We had a hugely positive response and received hundreds of nominations. Our judging panel found it incredibly difficult to choose winners from such a pool of talented people. I think I speak for everyone involved when I say that we have been blown away by the quality of the individuals nominated. Reading the entries certainly reminded me why it’s so important that we continue to speak up for and support BTEC learners in our schools and colleges.
