SHOOTING WITH SONY

THE ARRIVAL Camera used F65 prototype The F65, announced at NAB earlier this year, continues Sony’s drive for high quality cinematic acquisition and joins the widely used F35 and F23 cameras in the CineAlta range. Raising the bar in the quest for the ‘look’ of 65mm film, the F65 delivers true 4K resolution at the point of capture. Its unique 8K image sensor with approximately 20 megapixels offers higher image fidelity than any other camera. With 16-bit RAW output, the F65 establishes the gateway to a complete, end-to-end 4K mastering workflow. According to cinematographer Curtis Clark ASC the F65 can capture the level of detail, dynamic range and colour bit depth which allows you to have the confidence to be faithful to your original creative vision.
