Diabetes Education
Diabetes Exercise Class It’s important for people with diabetes to keep blood sugar levels in the normal range to prevent heart, kidney, eyesight and circulation problems. Exercise lowers blood sugar, and may result in weight loss, increased energy and a decrease in diabetes medication. This exercise class will help you get started on a program designed especially for you. You will be guided by an RN and exercise physiologist.

A three-part, comprehensive series that deals with all aspects of diabetes. Physician referral required. Check with your insurance carrier for coverage of program fees.
Advanced Carb Counting
For insulin and insulin pump patients. Provides an advanced understanding of the relationship of food intake to the amount of insulin taken.
Diabetes Education Classes are held monthly at Froedtert Health West Bend Clinic.
