During the summer, the hotel’s Mulberry Restaurant has tables on the gorgeous terraces where diners can eat seasonal food from chef Phil Dixon’s fi ne-dining menu while listening to the ducks and moorhens on the ancient ponds. The dishes are created from local ingredients and are beautifully presented. The lemon tart is the best ’s editor-in-chief Sarah has ever tasted.
