Aldo’s fi zz

Tap water gets a sparkle Thames Water has designed a fi zzy tap water that is being

served free of charge in celebrity chef Aldo Zilli’s London restaurant, Zilli Fish. The sparkling water has been specially created by Thames

Water’s professional tasters, whose job it is to sample Thames’ tap water every day. The trial is part of the company’s London on Tap campaign, to give people the choice of ordering free tap water when dining, as opposed to expensive bottled water that carries a high carbon footprint. If diners react positively, Thames Water are hoping to make

the sparkling tap water available to more diners across London and the Thames Valley area.
