One morning, a couple came in to buy ALL the cures for the Five Yellow Star. T ey seemed to know what it was all about and did not need any assistance from my staff or me. Most customers would select one or two from the many choices of cures and remedies but this couple wanted ALL of the cures for the same affl iction! T ey told me that they had had their house analysed by a feng shui

consultant several years ago and all had been well. T ey were aware that it was taboo to renovate, dig or disturb the directions where the Five Yellow, T ree Killings or Grand Duke Jupiter were located each year. Somehow that year, it completely slipped their minds and they had workmen dig big holes in the front of their house to install an extension to their car porch, and their house faced the direction of the Five Yellow! They didn’t elaborate but said that lots of bad things had happened and that they had seen ‘blood’, whatever that meant. (In our line of work, we are very discreet and will not ask questions unnecessarily). Soon, after they left, another
customer came in. This man had been to our boutique before but was not yet committed to feng shui. He looked stressed and had in tow 2 very active children. He was holding onto them by hand as they struggled to free themselves to explore. It was very obvious that this father was not used to looking after his kids. He didn’t want to waste time nor did he want lengthy explanations, he just wanted ALL the cures for ALL the annual affl ictions, never mind the enhancers! (On a previous occasion, I had explained about the good and bad annual stars.) He said to just instruct him on their placement as he was really short of time. His house also faced the Five Yellow
that year (I can’t even remember which year it was!). He didn’t know what he did to trigger it but in a short space of 2 weeks, his house has been burglarised, his wife had been hospitalised with a strange illness (hence, his having to drag his kids around with him), he
