Day One – Sunday, October 9, 2011 4:00pm – on Fly into the Newport News/Williamsburg International Airport (PHF); arrive via Amtrak, drive to Interstate 64; either way, arrive and check-into the Newport News Marriott at City Center!
Day Two – Monday, October 10, 2011 All Day Seminars & Exhibits 6:00pm Dinner for Planners AND EXHIBITORS at Newport News Marriott followed by entertainment with the Commodores Chorus
Day Three – Tuesday, October 11, 2011 7:30am - 2:00pm Seminars & Exhibits 2:00pm FAM begins! Board motorcoach and depart for a tour of the Virginia War Museum
3:30pm Depart for driving tour of downtown Newport News -Northrop Grumman (formerly Newport News Shipbuilding) -Victory Arch: Group Photo Opportunity
4:45pm Arrive back at the Marriott; relax and prepare for evening activities
6:00pm Board motorcoach and depart for dinner and entertainment
6:30pm – 8:30pm Arrive at the Boxwood Inn and enjoy Dinnertainment
Day Four – Wednesday, October 12, 2011 8:00am Board motorcoach and depart for breakfast at the Omni Newport News Hotel
9:30am Depart for a tour of the The Mariners’ Museum 11:30am Depart for lunch at the Officer’s Club at Ft. Eustis; tentative Mayor Welcome
1:15pm Tour the US Army Transportation Museum 2:15pm Depart for tour of Lee Hall Mansion - group photo opportunity
4:00pm Arrive back at the Marriott. Relax and prepare for dinner
6:00pm Board motorcoach and depart for dinner and dancing
6:15pm- 9:00pm Arrive at the Point Plaza Suites at City Center and enjoy dinner and dancing
