The program, housed in an extraordinary facility, prepares design students for contemporary issues in the global marketplace while influencing the professional world of design by engaging in real-world projects.
DesignIntelligence ranked the SCAD industrial design undergraduate and graduate programs seventh and 11th in the United States, respectively, in the 2010 edition of “America’s Best Architecture and Design Schools.” The program also earned high marks for sustainable practices and principles and for communication in DesignIntelligence’s Skills Assessment Survey.
