NICKY PARKE, TELEPHONE BDM SUPERVISOR Nicky is a Telephone BDM Supervisor and has been in the mortgage industry for several years, previously working for The Royal Bank of Scotland as a mortgage adviser and Premier Mortgage Service. Nicky has worked with over sixty lenders, from the Santander group to the Woolwich, promoting products and ancillary services so she certainly knows her stuff. Nicky is a born and bred Brummy who is a little bit obsessed with keeping fit and cooking, but obviously not at the same time.
Before getting into mortgages Nicky was a model and is going to be the Cover Girl on the next issue of our employee magazine.
LUCY JENKINS, TELEPHONE BDM
Lucy has been in the Financial Services industry for eight years. She has worked in both the DA and AR sectors. She has a varied background having worked in compliance as well as mortgage, protection and general insurance advising; you might be thinking poacher turned game keeper! Having recently got married she moved to the Midlands after living in Cornwall with the rain and surf for eight years. She is the original Cornish “Yam Yam.” Lucy loves football, Formula 1 and spending time in the sun. Apparently she is the bubbly one who doesn’t stop smiling but hates peas! Mad, methinks.
HAYLEY STEVENS, TELEPHONE BDM
Hayley has been in the mortgage industry for seven- and-a-half years having worked for GE Money in a number of different roles from loan and mortgage processer, UAT system tester, sales liaison, mortgage underwriting and telephone business to manager. She has dealt with a number of different lenders including London Mortgage Company, Paragon, First Plus, First National and IGroup. After her time at GE Money she decided to go travelling for six months on a “round the world ticket”, visiting Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and Los Angeles where she says she gained a lot of life experience. In her spare time Hayley plays netball and of course she supports her local Wolverhampton Wanderers football team.
