ROGER MORRIS, HEAD OF SALES
AKA The Boss. What he doesn’t know about selling mortgages probably isn’t worth knowing, he really is the brokers’ friend and has won the admiration of many (just see how many glowing comments he got on his recent press announcement).He is a typical hard working Smoggy (otherwise known as a Geordie) and never seems to sleep but is always happy. How does that work? His secret talent is his ability to multi-task, something that’s allowed him to serve in the fire service for 18 years while simultaneously working in the mortgage industry. He is a big man with a small car. His Ford KA doesn’t look like the car you would expect a high powered executive to drive, but don’t let it fool you. He has done 1.4 million miles in it, driving all over the place to see brokers. That really is bonkers.

SANDRA COOK, SOUTHERN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Sandra has been working in the mortgage industry for over 20 years (she says she left school very young!). She spent the majority of these years working for Chelsea Building Society, in various roles, ending her career with them as a BDM in 2010.
She started with Precise Mortgages in Jan 2011 and hasn’t looked back since. Sandra has a weakness for Aston Martin cars (although we’re not sure whether it’s the car or James Bond!). In 2009 she was lucky enough to race around Silverstone overtaking a number of Bankers driving Ferraris and no that is not cockney rhyming slang!
CLAIRE RANKIN, NORTHERN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Claire has spent many years in the mortgage market despite her youthful looks. Her career in mortgages started off in 2002 when she was studying for CeMAP and subsequently became a broker for Your Move. After several years as a broker she furthered her career into a business development role, firstly for a packager and then for a lender. Claire brings a wealth of experience from both sides of the desk and this has proven invaluable in assisting brokers to successfully place business with Precise Mortgages. When Claire isn’t discussing mortgage cases and criteria you’ll find her at a chic bar sipping on Mojitos or relaxing in various holiday destinations whilst planning her next interior design project (move over Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen!).
