Survey Results WHAT YOU THINK OF


Precise Mortgages recently carried out a survey with 100 mortgage brokers to establish their views on the near prime mortgage market. The results have proved extremely interesting and we have used them to design our products in a way that helps both brokers and borrowers.


LISTENING TO FEEDBACK As we are 100% dedicated to the intermediary market, we really do listen to your feedback and take action where we can. One area that concerns us is that the survey suggests that some brokers are not speaking to their existing customers and that they do not believe that near prime mortgages provide a meaningful level of reward compared to the effort.


GOOD REWARDS We hope that this supplement will not only demonstrate to you that near prime mortgages are easy to place and that the rewards are good but it will also give you ideas on how you can reach out to your customer base in order to improve your business.


BE PROACTIVE


If you are not speaking to your customers you can guarantee that many other companies are, including the banks that you introduced them to in the first place!


New business is hard to come by but by being proactive you can make 2011 a great year.
