HENRY WANTS TO IMPROVE HIS HOME Henry wants to do some home improvements but


unfortunately like many people has missed a few credit card payments. He’d like to increase his mortgage to put an extension on his house for his growing family but his current lender will not consider a further advance because he failed the credit score. A secured loan looks very expensive so he is seeking advice from his local mortgage broker.
