WE CAME, WE SAW, WE DIDN’T GET ANY OF THE TACKY T-SHIRTS. What we did do though was throw a stonking great party which literally took some of us out for the whole of the next day. Touching down at our distinctly unspiritual home of The Shelborne, Less Foss, Art Department, Alex Niggemann, SOS, Dennis Ferrer, A-Trak, James Zabiela, Carl Craig (or actually mostly Al Ester), Dubfire and Joachim Garraud all helped the assembled beach bodies keep hard as they jiggled from the hot midday sun way into the night. While there, we also grabbed our trusty new SLR and got amongst all the action to catch up with the DJs face to face. SOS might not have thrown a TV out of their hotel room but apparently all it takes to be considered a rock ‘n’ roll deviant in the US is smoking in the hotel lobby… Catch all our other interviews at DJmag TV.
