Tasting notes The color is pale with green tints. Grassy overtones with tropical passion fruit and nettle nuances. Elegant entrance on palate, well structured with grassy, tropical fruit in mouth aromas. Medium weight with clean, dry and crisp persistent finish.

Serving suggestions Enjoy with a variety of seafood dishes and salads

Winemaking The trellised vineyards are located in the Breede River Valley in the Western Cape. The grapes were hand picked at 21°B in the cool of the morning to preserve the grassy freshness of the variety. Working in a reductive manner the grapes were then destalked and crushed. After a light pressing the resultant juice was settled for 36 hours to ensure maximum clarity. The racked clear juice was inoculated with a selected yeast strain and fermented between 12 - 14°Cfor 19 days. The wine was racked and stored cool for 4 weeks on fine lees prior to bottling
